Madonna: Top-selling Female Recording Artist!

The 2011 edition of the Guiness World Records features Madonna as the Top-selling Female Recording Artist, with album sales up to December 2009 of 75 million in the USA and 200 million abroad.

The Queen of Pop is also listed as the woman with the most #1 albums in the UK.

Madonna is one of the greatest female icons in the music industry. She has inspired me my entire life, since I was a little girl... I hope one day I'm able to meet her so I can tell her in person how much she has impacted my life and helped me grow into the woman I'm becoming. All of her music is amazing, however recently the song "power of goodbye" as taken my top list! Thank you Madonna!
