- This promotion is open to current Platinum members of Icon, Madonna's Official Fan Club.
- Acceptable submissions will be in the form of a written essay. Essay must be included in an e-mail and not sent as an attachment. Only one entry per person. Receipt of multiple entries from a single person is subject to disqualification at the discrection of Icon.
- Entries will be accepted only at: icon@moov-u-mail.com, with subject line: "Celebration Fan Pack Contest"
- Submissions must include entrant's first name, surname, mailing address, e-mail address and contact phone number.
- Deadline for entries is December 6th, 2009 @ 11:59pm Pacific Time.
- Winning entries will be selected by the Icon team on a random basis and out of the best collected essays. The five (5) selected entries will be deemed contest "finalists."
- Finalists will be contacted by Icon using contact information submitted with entries. Once a finalist's information is qualified, the finalist will be deemed a contest "winner." Icon is not responsible for incorrect/invalid contact submissions. If we are unable to contact a finalist directly after reasonable effort, Icon reserves the right to select another winner as a finalist until we qualify five (5) winners.
- Winning entries will receive by mail a complimentary 'Celebration' Fan Pack.
- A selection of the best collected essays will be included in a future issue of Icon Magazine.
