- This promotion is open to all visitors of Madonna.com.
- Acceptable submissions will be in the form of a digital photo, JPEG image format, maximum 250Kb in size. Only one entry per person. Receipt of multiple entries from a single person is subject to disqualification at the discrection of Madonna.com.
- Entries will be accepted only at: celebrationcontest@gmail.com, with subject line: "My Own Celebration Single Cover Contest."
- Submissions must include entrant's first name, surname, mailing address, e-mail address and contact phone number.
- Deadline for entries is October 5, 2009 @ 11:59pm Pacific Time.
- Validated entries will be posted to a photo gallery on Madonna.com shortly after October 5, 2009.
- Winning entries will be selected by the Madonna.com team. The ten (10) selected entries will be deemed contest "finalists."
- Finalists will be contacted by Madonna.com using contact information submitted with entries. Once a finalist's information is qualified, the finalist will be deemed a contest "winner." Icon Madonna is not responsible for incorrect/invalid contact submissions. If we are unable to contact a finalist directly after reasonable effort, Madonna.com reserves the right to select another winner as a finalist until we qualify ten (10) winners.
- Winning entries will receive by mail a complimentary 'Celebration' promo-only CD.
