Madonna was in New York last night to attend the "Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty" Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Dressed in a wonderful Stella McCartney dress, vintage Cartier jewels (to be featured in her upcoming movie "W.E") and carrying a Christian Dior clutch, Madonna gave short interviews while on the red carpet and discussed McQueen.
