Just loved that cover as well as the album, when she released a new album I was always at turtles records and tapes to get the fresh off the truck album…. God , the good ole days✌️✌️✌️

I have followed Madonna's career and adored her music since the 80's. We are of a similar age and after almost thirty years, I finally realised my dream of seeing her performing live, at her opening night at The O2 in London last October. The ticket was a gift from my daughter, who knew how much this would mean to me. We went together, after spending a wonderful day in London, even sharing a celebratory glass or two of champagne in Harrods! You see, for more than thirty years, I was in a controlling and emotionally abusive marriage. I was not allowed to listen to music. But..I had one CD..it was some kind of compilation that I have forgotten the name of. I hid it and used to play it in my car whenever I was lucky enough to be driving somewhere on my own. The reason I loved it so much was because the second track was Hung Up by Madonna. I didn't listen to anything else on that CD...instead I would just play her song on repeat...over and over...as loud as my car stereo would allow! I would sing along (in my terrible voice)...those few minutes of escapism were everything to me back then. Thankfully I have now been able to move on from those unhappy times and I'm now married to a wonderful, caring (much younger) man, who allows me to be who I want to be. I will always be thankful to Madonna for giving me such moments of happiness in what was a very dark time in my life. I think she is magnificent, fabulous, a wonderful mother, a strong independent woman, with an incredible work ethic, who is a role model for so many. Happy Birthday for tomorrow Beautiful Lady xxx

THANK YOU Madonna, Johann, and all the powers that be! This is AWESOME and I can't wait for that poster. I had one like it on my walls in my college dorm. Luckily I had a private room so Madonna was ALL OVER the walls. It was my home away from home..........just me and my Madonna Shrine LOL. Thanks for much for this!!!!
