Hard Candy Fitness Sydney has officially launched the "Addicted To Sweat" program. Classes will be personally conducted on Wednesday, April 3rd and Thursday, April 4th by Nicole Winhoffer who has trained Madonna for the last three years. Madonna with Winhoffer developed the signature workout. "Madonna created this program based on our daily workouts with a goal of staying inspired and working toward establishing and maintaining optimum results and excellent physical fitness," says Nicole.

The "Addicted to Sweat" program includes cardio dance workouts, sculpture training, toning and strength training. All movements are demonstrated in a step-by-step structure by Winhoffer. The program includes the signature "Jaw Breaker" towel and chair workouts and is accompanied by music personally selected by Madonna.

Hard Candy Fitness Sydney is located in Druitt Street. A free invitation is extended to anyone who would like to try a class.

Madonna is nominated in 3 different categories at this year's International Dance Music Awards. Nominations include Best Pop Dance Track (Girl Gone Wild), Best Music Video (Girl Gone Wild) and Best Solo Artist.

The ceremony will take place in Miami on March 21st.

Gay advocacy group GLAAD says Madonna will present CNN's Anderson Cooper with an award for openly gay media professionals.

GLAAD told The Associated Press on Saturday that the singer has been chosen to give Cooper the Vito Russo Award at the 24th annual GLAAD Media Awards in New York City on March 16.

GLAAD President Herndon Graddick says Madonna and Cooper are longtime friends who have both used their careers to support lesbian, gay and transgender people.

Cooper declined to speak publicly about his sexuality for years. But last July he gave blogger Andrew Sullivan permission to publish an email in which Cooper said he was gay and "couldn't be more happy."

Russo helped found GLAAD and wrote a book about gay people in the movies called "The Celluloid Closet."
