The fifth and final single from "Like A Prayer," the song coasted on pop radio without the support from a video on MTV. The song's life at radio was enhanced by a remix heavily influenced by Soul II Soul's "Back To Life" single. (Ironically, Madonna would later work with Nellee Hooper - who was part of Soul 2 Soul.) "Keep It Together" reached No. 8 in the U.S. but was never released in the U.K.
